Our approach engages students through purposeful strategies and experiences that weave essential “real-world” skills—like communication, empathy, adaptability, innovation, and leadership—directly into existing academic lessons, without replacing the time needed for required standards. When subscribed to our program, teachers receive detailed playbooks, assessment rubrics, and ongoing support— including online video exemplars and direct collaboration with our model educators—making these critical skills accessible to students of all ages and backgrounds. Most teachers agree skills like leadership and entrepreneurial thinking are vital, but struggle to fit them into an already-packed curriculum. We solve that challenge by integrating whole-child development into daily academic practice, ensuring students grow in both measurable academic achievement and the soft skills needed for future success in today’s global workforce. Our methods are flexible, sustainable, and proven: students, teachers, and entire schools experience deeper engagement, stronger achievement, and more confident learners—without costly tech or extra add-ons.
Our rigorous academic curriculum at TFDA bases lessons from the Pennsylvania Core and Pennsylvania STEELS Standards....but with an integrated enhancement. The Teach From DeHart Education Model believes in the teaching and assessment of non-academic skills alongside the academic curriculum in order to best prepare students to be leaders in their life beyond the classroom. Your financial support of the TFDH Education Model not only helps fund resources for daily implementation at our Academy, but it also helps us expand our methodology on a global scale so more educators can learn how to implement our practices with their own students!

An investment in the TFDA Education Group helps bring our specific educational methodology, the DeHart Methodology, to schools worldwide. Thanks to our investor's support, the TFDA Education Group entered the international market in the fall of 2025 to partner with schools in India offering a yearly service helping their educators implement the methodology in the Teach From DeHart model. Implementation in India is just the beginning of our global outreach!
Naturally we believe in the Teach From DeHart Methodology, but we are also proud to share about its positive impact on student achievement in the past few years! Schools in South Carolina, Illinois, and now Pennsylvania have implemented the DeHart Model and, as a result, all experienced positive growth in student attendance rates, confidence, enjoyment in school, and performance in standardized ELA and Math assessments.
