GivingTuesday
GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: A day that encourages people to do good. Over 13 years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires millions of people to donate, volunteer, and spread awareness.
It’s the annual event dedicated to boosting radical generosity, held on the Tuesday after Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The idea behind GivingTuesday was to set aside a single day to counter consumerism by giving back.
Our mission at Teach From DeHart is to create opportunities, develop goals, and change lives. Through your support of TFDA, we create educational opportunities for students through travel, trips, and experiences that create a sense of pride in the surrounding world. Our students learn about and engage in different geographic regions and cultures across the globe. The trips provided by Teach From DeHart will spark the desire to learn in every student involved.
Our programs seek to provide students with the skills that create lifelong success and take students on trips that broaden their horizons and establish curiosity for the world around them.
This GivingTuesday, 100% of your donation to Teach From DeHart Foundation will directly support our Spring 2026 Travel Experiences. These trips help our students explore the world through both national and international learning opportunities.
